Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Panas77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://panas77.cam. This Agreement governs all aspects of your access to and use of the Panas77 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, sports betting, live casino games, and any other services offered through the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Panas77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use the Panas77 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on Panas77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while the Account remains active.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and associations are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a Panas77 employee, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether initiated by you or imposed by the platform — at the time of registration or during your use of the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Panas77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant authorities.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each Player may register onlyone (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether intentional or otherwise — will be merged or closed, and any bonuses or winings acrued on duplicate accounts may be voided.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and updating it promptly if it changes.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Panas77 will require completion of KYC verification. Accepted identity documents for Malaysian players include:

• Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back
• Valid Malaysian or international Passport — photo page
• Malaysian Driver's License — front and back

Proof of residential address must be a document issued within the previous three (3) months, such as a utility bill (Tenaga Nasional, Syabas/Air Selangor), bank statement, or official government correspondence. The document must clearly display your full name and current address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Panas77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the Player has failed to maintain credential security.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the Panas77 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Panas77 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which Panas77 bears no responsibility.

Accepted payment methods include:Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). The availability of any specific payment method may change without prior notice.

Withdrawals are subject to the following standard processing timeframes:

Panas77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been identified. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the Player's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotions

Panas77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms published with each individual offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in the respective offer terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire after a stated number of days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, slots, and live casino games may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the bonus terms.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active: A maximum single-bet limit applies while bonus funds are in play. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• One Bonus Per Promotion Per Player: Unless stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each distinct promotion once only.
• Misuse of Bonuses: Panas77 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence that a Player has exploited promotional terms, coluded with other players, or engaged in any form of bonus abuse.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on Panas77 are subject to the platform's general betting rules and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over these general terms.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number is issued by the system. Network interruptions before confirmation mean the bet has not been placed.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by market, event, and player tier. These limits are displayed in the betting interface at time of placement.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. Panas77 is not liable for displaying outdated odds as result of system latency.
• Voided Bets: Bets may be voided where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where a significant technical error has affected bet pricing. Stakes on voided bets are returned to the Player's account.
• Live Betting: In-play (live) betting is subject to additional rules. Bets placed on obviously incorrect live odds — particularly where those odds result from a data feed error — may be voided at Panas77's discretion.
• Mix Parlay: For Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets, if one selection is voided, the parlay continues with the remaining selections at adjusted combined odds. Full details are available in the sports betting section of the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Panas77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to applicable law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by Panas77.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any arrangement designed to manipulate sporting outcomes or game results.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including bonus hunting, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to abuse promotional terms.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same event in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage betting) using bonuses or promotional funds.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure, databases, or software systems.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the Panas77 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, game logic, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Panas77 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any platform content without the prior written consent of Panas77.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Panas77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of account access due to forgotten credentials or unauthorised third-party access caused by the Player's failure to secure their login details.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Bets not placed or lost as a result of connectivity issues, device failure, or third-party network disruptions.
• Decisions made on the basis of information displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to data feed errors.

Panas77's total aggregate liability to any Player, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data submitted to Panas77 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Panas77 is committed to handling all player data in accordance with applicable data protection principles, including purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, and security. Personal data submitted for KYC purposes is processed solely for identity verification and regulatory compliance.

Responsible Gambling

Panas77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing players with the tools necessary to manage their gaming activity. All players must beaged 21 or above. The following self-management tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Session time reminders and automatic session duration limits
• Loss limit caps
• Temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks)
• Permanent self-exclusion from the platform

Once a self-exclusion request has been processed, it cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Panas77 reserves the right to extend a self-exclusion period at its discretion where player welfare concerns warrant.

Account Suspension & Closure

Panas77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of this Agreement.
• The Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Unusual or suspicious account activity has been identified that may indicate fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the platform to restrict or close the account.

Upon account closure for cause, Panas77 may withold any or all funds pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the Player in good standing and without outstanding bonus obligations, the remaining cleared balance will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method following verification.

Amendments

Panas77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, Panas77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email to the registered account address.

Continued use of the Panas77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The version date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating authorisation.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gambling is lawful under the laws applicable to them and for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.
